Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 tbsp 21 g vegan butter or firm coconut oil
  • 1 1/2 tbsp 20 g light brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp 15 g all-purpose flour*
  • 1 tbsp 10 g mini chocolate chips (or any add-ins you desire)

Instructions
 

  • Mix the vegan butter or coconut oil and brown sugar in a small bowl until well combined.
  • Stir in the flour until the dough forms.
  • Fold in chocolate chips or any other desired add-ins.
  • Press into a small container or shape by hand, and chill for 10–15 minutes if a firmer texture is desired. Enjoy!

Notes

Heat-treat the flour in the microwave for 30–45 seconds if concerned about raw flour.
